Your download has started
Thanks — SHIKISHA-TERM.zip is on its way to your Downloads folder.
Nothing happening? Start the download yourself.
The zip carries no code-signing certificate, which is why Windows warns about it once. The free certificates for open source are handed out on reputation, and on GitHub reputation is counted in stars. One second from you is what takes that warning away from whoever downloads next.
Follow @SHIKISHATERM →Where the new versions are announced. What was decided, on what grounds, and what failed as well as what worked — the development is posted as it happens. New versions are going out at a fast pace right now.
Three steps to a running tab
Section titled “Three steps to a running tab”- Unzip it anywhere — a folder, a USB stick. Nothing is installed, and deleting the folder removes it completely.
- Run
SHIKISHA-TERM.exe. Windows stops you here the first time with “Windows protected your PC”, offering only a Don’t run button. More info → Run anyway gets past it, and it does not come back. That screen is SmartScreen, and it appears because the zip carries no certificate — not because anything was found in the file. - Follow the pointers on screen. “Getting set up” opens first and asks which AI you
work with. Then the board points at the PROJECT heading — “Start by adding a
project” — and its
+asks for the folder you work in. Press the+the next pointer shows, and an AI starts in that folder. There is no JSON to edit.
From there, the manual is four pages, and automation is where agents start handing work to each other.
To check the bytes you got, run Get-FileHash .\SHIKISHA-TERM.zip -Algorithm SHA256 and
compare it with
SHIKISHA-TERM.zip.sha256,
which the same build wrote.
Something broke, or something was confusing? Tell me on GitHub — reports from the first ten minutes are the most useful ones there are. And if you would rather never meet that Windows warning, the Microsoft Store copy is the same build, signed by Microsoft, and it updates itself.
